As a trade union our responsibility is to demand the best for our members. Our members have the right to earn good wages, decent pensions and affordable health care for themselves and their families.  We demand safe working conditions, respect and dignity.  The Teamsters honor this responsibility and are the force for working people, but we must remain in solidarity to succeed.
